[CARE] All items are hand made by the designer, a friendly reminder that all ear hooks are either sterling silver or 14k gold filled. Sterling silver will oxidize through time and it can be polished easily.
[RETURN POLICY] We will accept your return if mailed within 7 days of the date it was received for an exchange, store credit, or refund. Items must be returned in original and unused condition. The customer is responsible for shipping costs for returning any item/s using a trackable shipping method. We will not issue a refund until return merchandise has been received. We reserve the right to refuse any return merchandise. Exchanges will incur additional shipping charges. Since we offer free shipping for any order over $150, we will refund with the reduction of the original shipping fee.
